Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at schaddarchery@gmail.com. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can review your claim and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Giveaway Entries

If your purchase includes entries into a giveaway, those entries are considered final at the time of purchase and cannot be canceled, refunded, or transferred.
